What the quote form stores

• Your name, company, email address, country and role, and your phone number if you give one.
• Your answers to the request sentence: what you make, the output, what you need and by when, plus any message you write.
• The page context: the machine type, application, maker or model you came from, and the page the request was made from (its address, as your browser reports it).
• The time you gave consent and the version of the consent wording (currently 2026-10-v1).
• A salted hash of your IP address, used to limit abuse. The IP address itself is not stored. The result of the automated bot check is stored with the request.
• A status used to handle the request, and whether the notification email went out.

The data is written by the server only. There is no public way to read it.

Who it is shared with

Requests are read by the site owner and, with your consent, shared with up to 3 relevant equipment makers so they can contact you about it. The site does not sell equipment. Service providers that run the site, the database and email delivery process the data on our behalf.

How long it is kept

Quote requests are deleted automatically 60 days after they are received, and earlier on request.

Deletion requests

You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time. Use the contact page and give the email address you used on the form.

Analytics

Visit counts and page speed are measured without cookies. Google Analytics runs only if you consent to it, and is off until you do. You can change this at any time from Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing consent deletes the Google Analytics cookies and takes effect immediately.
