The Periodic Table of Food Machines
Every machine in a food plant, arranged by where it sits in the line. Six stations run left to right, from receiving to packing; within each station, tiles follow the order the product meets them.
How to read a tile
- Top left, 1.1: the station number, then the position within the station.
- Centre, Pe: the symbol for the machine type.
- Bottom, peeler: the name of the machine.
